Prior to joining the firm, Mārtiņš worked for one of the leading law firms in the Baltic States and was a judicial clerk at the Administrative District Court which has allowed him to acquire in-depth knowledge on the specifics of administrative law. His breadth of experience makes him uniquely prepared to handle the most complex administrative cases, provide counselling and represent clients before the constitutional court, as well as represent and advise contracting authorities and suppliers on public procurement matters.
